You might find something interesting on my Book review blog ~> http://bookwormsballroom.blogspot.com/
Personally the very last one I read was wonderful, as was The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield.
Interesting you read a book about Brett Favre, I'm a cheesehead. Great list and I hope you have a grand holiday.

Interesting list. I'd recommend anything by Dickens, and my favourite of his is Great Expectations.

I have lots of book reviews over on my blog, if you're interested. I love A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, by Betty Smith, and Toni Morrison's Song of Solomon -- two of my all-time favorites.

Happy Thursday!

It's nice to see Beowulf on someone's list. I was made to read it in high school and you know how that puts you off anything. But the film (with Ray Winstone!) might give me a new appreciation for it....

I can recommend Beowulf, both the book and the movie. They aren't very much alike though...
Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for visiting my random TT!

Considering we homeschool, my book recommendations are geared more for kids my childrens age. But there are lots of good books out there. Best wishes and thanks for visiting my blog.

One Skein wonders sounds interesting as does a meditation book for knitters, I could use that about now. Happy Thanksgiving!

13. Here are a couple of recommendations going by your fiction choices on this list...

The Once and Future King by White
The Mists of Avalon
The Tombs of Atuan by Ursusla K. Le Guin

I love book lists and sorry for being slow to get around to commenting for TT. I was swamped on thursday as you can imagine cooking etc.

Hope you are having a great weekend!
