SchoolHouse Rock was all that, then some and a little more! I have a dvd of it around here somewhere. Now I have to spend the day digging it out. *grin*

Thanks for the flashback!

I used to watch perry mason as well. Mostly when I was at my grandparents and my grandpa would come in off the farm for lunch and we would watch it together. LOL

You know what's crazy? I got the boxed set of Fraggle Rock Season 1 for my son, and when I sat down to watch it was stunned. Apparently Jim Henson thought it would create world harmony. Seriously, he thought it would end the Cold War. After that, I've been unable to watch it without finding it CrAzY political.

Very good TT! Does it make me sound old to say that, besides SHR, The Golden Girls is my favorite on the list?

OMG! Degrassi High, I loved that show! What ever happened to those kids?

I liked many of the shows on your list, but Fraggle Rock was the best.

The Dick Van Dyke Show was a master class on how to put a sitcom together. Today it is dated but still funny. I used to love The Golden Girls but I steer clear of reruns because they are just not funny any more.

Wow..these really bring back some memories..I enjoy watching The Smurfs when I was a kid..

Oh, that list brings back memories. I never saw Degrassi High, but I would have to add I Love Lucy and the Three Stooges to my list.
Funny thing is some of those are just as good today as they were back then. Is it just me?
